I'm an engineering leader who has spent most of my career on the same problem: closing the gap between what gets built and what actually helps people. I currently work as a Tech Lead at monday.com, building the CRM product used by teams to run their sales and customer relationships.

Before that, I co-founded and served as CTO of Renbizz, where I helped brands add rental commerce to their existing storefronts. I care about engineers thinking like product people — not because it's trendy, but because the best technical decisions come from understanding what the software needs to do, not just how to build it. That's the throughline in most of what I write.
